ලංකා විදුලි බල මණ්ඩලයේ තාවකාලික, අනියම් පදනම මත බදවා ගත් සේවකයන්ට ස්ථීර පත්වීම් ප්‍රදානය කිරීම වෙනුවෙන් පැවති උත්සවය අද (17) පෙරවරුවේ ජනාධිපති ගරු මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මැතිතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් බත්තරමුල්ල, බුද්ධදාස ක්‍රිඩාංගනයේදී පැවැත්විණි.
