ஜம்மியத்துல் உலமா ஹலால் சான்றிதழை ரத்துச்செய்தது..!

(JM)அகில இலங்கை ஜம்இய்யத்துல் உலமா ஹலால் சான்றிதழ் வழங்குவதை நிறுத்திக் கொள்ளலும், அதன் செயற்பாடுகளை தனியார் நிறுவனமொன்றுக்கு ஒப்படைத்தலும்

ஹலால் சான்றிதழ் வழங்கும் தமது சேவையை 2013 டிசம்பர் 31 ஆம் திகதி முதல் நிறுத்திக் கொள்ள தீர்மானித்துள்ளதாக அகில இலங்கை ஜம்இய்யத்துல் உலமா வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இவ்வருட ஆரம்பம் முதல் இலங்கையில் புகழ்பெற்ற, துறை சார்ந்தோர் மூலம் நிறுவப்பட்ட உத்தரவாதமுள்ள வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட நிறுவனமொன்று ஹலால் சான்றிதழ் வழங்குவதையும் தயாரிப்பு செயற்பாடு தொடர்பான கண்காணிப்பு உட்பட அதன் அனைத்து விடயங்களையும் வழிநடத்தவுள்ளதாக அகில இலங்கை ஜம்இய்யத்துல் உலமா தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

தேசிய பொருளாதார அபிவிருத்தியையும் சமூக ஒழுங்கையும் பேணிப்பாதுகாப்பதற்காகவே பொதுமக்களிடமிருந்து எதிர்பார்க்கப்பட்ட நல்ல முடிவாகவே இந்நிறுவனம் அமைக்கப்பட்டது.

பலதரப்பட்ட பங்குதாரர்கள், அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் உள்நாட்டு பிரதிநிதிகளுடன் ஆலோசனை செய்த பின்னரே உத்தரவாதமுள்ள வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு நிறுவனத்துடைய வடிவமைப்பில் சுதந்திரமான நிறுவனமொன்றை  அமைப்பது இன்றியமையாததாக கருதப்பட்டுள்ளது.

நம் நாட்டிலுள்ள ஏனைய தரச் சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்படுவது போல் உள்நாட்டு நுகர்வோர் மற்றும் வெளிநாட்டு ஏற்றுமதியாளர்கள் ஆகிய இரு சாராருடைய வேண்டுகோளுக்கிணங்க செல்லுபடியாகும் கோரிக்கைகளை, நிபந்தனைகளை நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவதற்கு இந் நிறுவனம் எதிர்பார்க்கிறது.

ஏற்கனவே ஹலால் சான்றிதழ் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட மற்றும் ஹலால் சான்றிதழ் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள எதிர்பார்த்திருக்கும் நிறுவனங்களுடைய அனைத்து விடயங்களையும் புதிதாக பொறுப்பேற்கவுள்ள நிறுவனம் கவனிக்கும்.

மேலும் எதிர்காலத்தில் ஹலால் சான்றிதழ் வழங்குவது மற்றும் தயாரிப்பு செயற்பாடு தொடர்பான கண்காணிப்பு  தொடர்பான விடயங்களில் சமூக நலனையும் பொறுப்பையும் கருதி அகில இலங்கை ஜம்இய்யத்துல் உலமாவுடைய ஒத்துழைப்பும் ஆலோசனைகளும் இருக்கும் என தெரிவிக்கப்படுகின்றது.

ACJU stops to issue Halaal certificates, separate company to take over operations.

The All Ceylon Jamiyyathul Ulama (ACJU) announces that their Division for Halaal Certification will stop to

issue certificates effective 31't December 2013 while a separate company limited by guarantee founded by

reputed, respected professionals in Sri Lanka will be managing compliance audits and certification. This

development comes as a result of the Expressions of Interest called from the public to facilitate the national

need for contributing towards social cohesion and Sri Lanka's economic development.

The role of ACJU in the future with regard to Halaal compliance audits and certifications would be, in

providing consultations on any technicalities of the concept of Halaal compliance, as a social obligation and

responsibility towards the Sri Lankan society while facilitating global requirements'

The process that originated few months ago, after consultations with various stakeholders, authorities and

civil society representatives, the need for allowing an independent entity in the form of a company limited by

guarantee, to facilitate this was deemed appropriate. The new company is expected to carry out compliance

validation processes on request to meet both local consumer demands as well as international exports

pre-requisites, similar to several other consumer good certifications currently available in Sri Lanka'

A transition plan is already in place for interested companies and existing firms to be introduced to the new

entity; based on requests from the commercial establishments.
